This game has taught me a lot, so I thought a lot of people could benefit from playing this game as well.Īs for possible association with Robert Kiyosaki, neither FoxPlan or I am associated with him in any way.

Nevertheless, I would rather learn from mistakes that don't cost me much than making detrimental ones in real life, which is also why I am interested in organising this event.

At the end of the day, you don't know what you don't know, and I have to intention of hiding who I am.Īs I said, I believe that mistakes are our greatest teachers. The idea was if people were interested, then great! I'd organise the event so that like-minded people could meet in real life while having fun and learn more about finance.Īfter seeing many people having shown interests, I proceeded to organise the event without considering how my background would raise some eyebrows. Regarding my intention, when I first posted, I intended to survey the interests of people if I were to organise such an event because I wasn't sure about how interested would the people be. I have no intention of hiding the fact, which is why I used my name as my username rather than using something more creative. Regarding what I do, yes, I am a financial planner with FoxPlan, which is a 24-year-old financial planning organisation based in Wellington. There are obvious concerns here that are legitimate, so I'll address them for transparency.

I'm planning to organise this before the end of January (preferably Tuesday 28/01)
CASHFLOW 101 GAME PIECES HOW TO
So I thought wouldn't it be great to organise a Cashflow 101 event in Wellington where anyone who's interested in increasing their financial literacy can come over and learn how to improve their finance in a friendly and non-judgemental environment? Please let me know what you guys think. I believe that making mistakes is our greatest teacher, but preferably the mistake shouldn't be too costly.
